Troubles at nuclear plant may hint at California's future
Wed Jul 4, 2012
Nuclear power by existing plants is inexpensive ONLY if you do not include the $billions that it will cost to remove the spent fuel rods to a permanent repository and to decommission the reactors. As it is now, each nuclear reactor is a radioactive waste dump.
One in three mortgage holders still underwater
Wed May 23, 2012
It was called the "sub-prime" mortgage crisis because the borrowers could not qualify for Fannie or Freddie loans. As noted in one post, the roots of this crisis go back at least 20 years.
First Thoughts: Is Bain fair game?
Mon May 21, 2012

Recession's second act would be worse than the first
Thu Sep 22, 2011
The GOP plan to increase jobs is to lay off about another 2.5 million people (I estimate 15,000 jobs per one Billion dollars). Makes sense to them.
Bachmann blames gaffes on busy speaking schedule
Sat Aug 20, 2011
Is it possible that Michele is using the gaffes deliberately to hide her incredibly stupid policy statements. One that escaped was a promise of $2 per gallon gasoline.
